Building a simple crosscut sled - One day build #1

Sometimes the least exciting builds are the ones that are the most important. I've been without a crosscut sled since I bought my table-saw and it was about time I addressed that. I don't believe crosscut sleds need to be complicated and this one certainly isn't, but then again I'm no expert it's only the second one I've ever made!
