Hi, I'm Anthony, a passionate woodworker who fell in love with the craft during the 2020 pandemic lockdowns here in Australia. Searching for a creative outlet while isolated from friends and family, I found that woodworking gave me something invaluable: a sense of purpose, a way to challenge myself, and a means to support my mental health. The act of transforming raw materials into something useful and beautiful turned out to be just what I needed.
Starting as what I call an "enthusiastic intermediate beginner," my journey in woodworking has been one of continuous learning. My YouTube channel and now this website are dedicated to documenting that journey—my ongoing workshop build, new techniques, and the occasional misstep (because those happen, too!). It’s all about growth, and if I can inspire even a few of you to pick up a tool and start creating, then I feel I’ve accomplished something special.
I believe in constantly expanding my skills, whether through new tools, techniques, or technologies. My philosophy is simple: if I haven’t tried it yet, it’s on my list. Woodworking has shown me that there’s always something new to learn, and I’m excited to share that with you, mistakes and all.
