Download & Print Your Own BPWW Fully Adjustable Router Table Fence
This is hands down the most ambitious technical design I’ve created to date—a project that brings together everything I’ve learned from 3D printing, CAD design, and woodworking, all rolled into one functional, workshop build.

This digital download contains all the STL files you need to 3D print the complete BPWW Router Table Fence at home, including all the components for the adjustable fence mechanisms. Also included is a hardware reference list outlining the bolts, inserts, and other parts you might need to complete this project.

In this download is all the necessary digital files needed to 3D print, your very own, fully adjustable router table fence.
IMPORTANT:
No hardware included, this is for the digital files only to print your own.A list of the hardware required (or recommended) is included with the digital files.
The 'BPWW' Router Table Fence Digital Files
All files can be printed using standard PLA or PETG if preferred.
Note that the dial requires a pause in printing, to allow for a single M8 hex nut to be inserted into the print. The same goes for the M5 star knobs and M8 star knobs.
Please ensure you understand your slicing software and how to perform pauses in prints.Hardware List (recommended / optional)
- 34 x M5 hex nuts
- 34 x M5 button head bolt - 25mm
- 4 x M8 hex bolt - 30mm
- 3 x M8 hex bolt - 60-80mm (depends on how much adjustment you want, there isn't really any maximum)
- 7 x M8 hex nuts
- Assorted M8 & M5 washers (as you deem necessary). I like to use them (especially those with larger flanges), but it's purely optional.
The base is made from Formply, however any suitable MDF/Plywood, or other material that is flat is sufficient.
