Interested in building the Barber's Paddock Joinery Sled but don’t have access to a 3D printer?
I've had an overwhelming amount of positive feedback on the sled design, but one of the most common requests I get is: “Anthony, will you offer a kit with the 3D printed parts so I can build one too?”
While I’ve been hesitant, mostly due to the time-intensive nature of printing and the challenges around shipping, I’ve heard you. I’m now offering a print-on-demand parts kit that includes all the essential 3D printed components needed to build your own Barber’s Paddock Joinery Sled.
What’s included in the kit:
- 1 x Main cog housing
- 1 x Large main cog
- 1 x Smaller drive cog (with embedded M8 nut)
- 1 x M8 bolt + 2 x M8 washers 1 x Cog pin assembly (3 pieces)
- 1 x M5 bolt + 1 x M5 nylon nut
- 1 x Calliper holding bracket (Note: fits only one specific calliper model)
- 1 x Bolt housing to secure the M8 bolt
- 2 x M5 Start knobs with M5 nuts already embedded
- 1 x M6 Star knob with M6 nut already embedded
The kit also uses the latest v2 version of the adjustment mechanism!
Best of all? The entire assembly comes pre-built, so all that’s left for you to do is mount it to your sled and get to work.
