The complete plans package for the Barber's Paddock Box Joint Jig.
 
This jig combines two design concepts from two of my favourite makers: the template-based approach popularised by Mario from The Woodfather, and the screw-driven advancement system inspired by Mattias Wandel.

The result is a highly configurable box joint jig that allows you to create a wide variety of finger joint layouts using a single blade, while keeping setup simple and repeatable.
 
These plans are intended to provide everything you need to build your own version of the jig, while still allowing plenty of flexibility to adapt the design to suit your workshop, tools, materials, and preferred construction methods.

Detailed PDF technical drawings, including printable full-scale templates.
STL files for all optional 3D printed components.
DXF files suitable for laser cutters and CNC machines.
A hardware reference list outlining the components used in my build.
Additional build notes and measurements to assist with construction.
 
Please note that many aspects of this design can be modified or simplified to suit your needs. 3D printing is optional, a digital readout (DRO) is not required, and many components can be substituted with materials you already have on hand while retaining the core functionality of the jig.
