Build and adapt your workshop dust collection system using readily available pipe and your own 3D printer.
This modular system has been designed around a common connection standard, allowing compatible fittings, supports and adapters to be combined and rearranged as your workshop changes. Instead of permanently committing to one ducting layout, components can be removed, re-positioned or replaced without rebuilding the entire system. Choose Your Pipe Size

The nominal size printed on PVC and dust collection pipe does not always represent its actual outside diameter, and “4-inch” pipe dimensions vary between countries, manufacturers and pipe standards.

Pipe Double Clips
Standard pipe double clip - Use this to connect two printed pipes (such as 2 x 45's, or 25s etc).
Medium pipe double clip - Use this to connect two printed pipes with a little more wiggle room.
Large pipe double clip - Use this to connect printed pipes with a much larger distance.
Pipe Single Clips
Standard pipe single clip - Use this to connect a printed pipe to a PVC fitting.
Medium pipe single clip - Use this to connect a printed pipe to a PVC fitting with a little more wiggle room.
Large pipe single clip - Use this to connect a printed pipe fitting to a PVC fitting with the most distance.
Flange Connections
Flanges with both either bolt connection or hex nut connection (connect flange to flange).
Available with clips to support custom PVC printed fittings, or without for smooth connection with PVC pipes.

The ball joint allows a connected section or hose to articulate where some freedom of movement is required. The flex-hose flange provides a transition between the modular system and commonly available 100mm dust collection hose.
A Growing System
This is the initial release of the 4-inch modular dust collection system. It provides the core components needed to begin building a practical workshop installation, but development will continue.
Additional fittings and accessories will be added over time as the system evolves. Existing components may also receive small refinements based on further testing and customer feedback.
Anyone who purchases this bundle will receive all future updates and additional components added to this product at no extra cost.
Founding Release
Purchasing during the Founding Release means you are getting access at the introductory price while the system continues to grow.
The included components have been designed and tested as a working system, but minor adjustments and refinements may still occur. Feedback from early users is welcome and will help guide future additions. Required Hardware Minimal hardware is required: M5 x 20mm Bolts, M5 Nuts, Pipe Bracket Clamps (any type that suites)
